Trump: Venezuela petrolüyle rezervlerimizi dolduracağız
On August 29, President Donald Trump announced via his social media account that the United States and Venezuela had reached what he described as the world’s largest oil agreement. He emphasized that a key aspect of the partnership would involve replenishing the strategic petroleum reserves that he said former President Joe Biden had almost entirely depleted.
Trump added that the deal would allow the United States to take control of the majority of Venezuela’s more than 65 billion barrels of oil reserves. He said the process to implement the agreement would begin very soon.
He concluded by calling the arrangement a gift to the American people and highlighted the significance of the transaction for the United States.
